William Sanderson

William Sanderson graduated from Widener University School of Law in May of 1990. He was admitted to practice law in Pennsylvania in 1990 and in New Jersey in 1995. Mr. Sanderson is also admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of New Jersey and before the Third Circuit Court of Appeals.

Mr. Sanderson’s practice is concentrated in Bankruptcy, Creditor’s Rights and Collection and Foreclosure Defense. Mr. Sanderson has represented clients in hundreds of Chapters 7, 11 and 13 bankruptcy cases in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. His broad experience includes representation of Debtors, Creditors and Chapter 7 Trustees from the simplest to the most complex of bankruptcy matters.

Mr. Sanderson is a member of the Pennsylvania and Camden County, New Jersey Bar Associations. He has been a member of the Debtor-Creditor Relations Committee of the Camden County Bar Association since 1999. He previously served as a Barrister in the American Inn of Court, New Jersey Bankruptcy section and is a member of the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys. Mr. Sanderson has frequently lectured on Bankruptcy, Collection and Consumer Rights and serves as a volunteer attorney with the Rutgers University School of Law’s pro bono bankruptcy clinic.

He currently serves on the Boards of two 501(c)(3) animal shelters and serves as President of the Elizabeth Vinton Sanderson Foundation. Mr. Sanderson grew up in Wayne, Pennsylvania, graduated from the University of Miami with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1984 and lives in Camden County, New Jersey with his wife Donna and his daughter Kaitlyn. He is an avid golfer, scuba diver and longtime season ticket holder for the Philadelphia Phillies.
