Forever Friends of PAL Legacy Society

Preserving PAL for Generations of Pets to Come

Imagine leaving a legacy that saves the lives of animals like Neo. This Cocker Spaniel came to PAL in the fall of 2014 after he was found tied to a tree – no exercise, no escape from the elements, bound to a life of suffering. After a few weeks with his PAL foster family, Neo was adopted by a Sun City couple. Thanks to PAL’s efforts, Neo is now spoiled beyond belief and loved dearly.

There are many simple ways to make a gift that costs you nothing during your lifetime but will help abused, abandoned and neglected animals for years to come. Your gift would be designated to provide future support for PAL’s No Kill animal rescue programs. PAL endowment funds are in partnership with the Community Foundation of the Lowcountry. Gifts of $10,000 or more may be placed in a named endowment fund in your memory and/or used for a specific animal program or type of animal (dog or cat). Building an endowment is vital to PAL’s future in meeting the needs of animals like Neo.

Please notify PAL of your plans so you may be honored as a member of the PAL Forever Friends Legacy Society. It is important that PAL understands your wishes so they may be realized properly.

Please read about our planned giving programs and ways you can Leave a Legacy® to Palmetto Animal League.

Planned Giving Programs

  • The bequest can be for a specific amount, a percentage or make PAL the remainder beneficiary after all debts and other obligations are paid.
  1. Name PAL as a Beneficiary for a percentage of your IRA
