I have read and understood Palmetto Animal League’s Mission and Guiding Principles listed in the Volunteer Handbook. I agree to act in accordance with these Guiding Principles as a condition of my service.

I have read and understood the Volunteer Guidelines and Code of Conduct outlined in this handbook and will act in accordance with these policies and procedures as a condition of my volunteer service with Palmetto Animal League.

I understand that if I have questions or concerns at any time about the handbook, my volunteer responsibilities or about the mission of PAL, I will consult my immediate supervisor, my supervisor’s manager, the volunteer department, or the President for clarification.

I also acknowledge that the handbook contains grounds for dismissal from volunteer serice. I understand those guidelines and will adhere to the policies outlined in this handbook.

Finally, I understand that the contents of this Volunteer Handbook are simply policies and guidelines, not a contract or implied contract. The contents of the Volunteer Handbook may change at any time.

Please read this Handbook and these employee Standards of Conduct carefully to understand these conditions of employment before you sign this document.
