Please note: If you simply enjoy the soft purr and companionship of a cat, you are welcome to visit PAL’s Adoption Center to spend time cuddling, petting and playing with our cats and kittens any time during our regular business hours. You do not need to complete this application. Just sign in as a visitor at the front desk when you arrive. No appointments are required.
